Each of our social media management packages come with a monthly limit as to how many posts we will create and share for you. How you want to split the posting schedule up is entirely down to you. However, we do advise spacing them out in intervals. For example, if you take our basic social media management package you will be allowed 4 posts a month per social channel (8 posts in total) so we’d recommend scheduling 1 post each week for each channel.
When you take out any of our social media management packages we will have an initial on-boarding consultation with you. Some of the items discussed will be posting schedules, as well as our recommendations on days and times. We will then put together a months’ worth of posts and build a social media calendar which we will share with you, so you’re always aware of what’s going out and when.
When you take out any of our social media management packages, there will be an onboarding call where we will identify your company’s USP’s, position in the market, key services and brand style. Using this information, combined with our own research, we will be able to draft social media posts that are both engaging and on brand. We tend to draft a months’ worth of content in advance so that you have time to review, suggest amendments if necessary and approve.
Of course! Your social media profiles are entirely yours; meaning you can post, amend or delete whenever you please.
All of our social media management packages contain a budget allocation for Facebook adverts. This budget is included in the monthly package price and you don’t need to pay extra for it. When we onboard you as a client, we will discuss your goals for your social media strategy. We will then propose some options for paid adverts to better achieve these goals. For example, if one of your goals is to boost your page likes and expand your community then we will suggest a series of brand awareness advert campaigns. We would then work together on creating content and creative for the advert and when you’re satisfied, we will run the advert with the budget allocated.
