Our friendly team have over 10 years of experience helping businesses and home users to solve all their IT problems. We believe in building strong working relationships with all our customers, offering simple easy-to-understand solutions at very competitive prices.
We consider ourselves your IT department who you can call on for support, advice and the management of all your IT needs. We appreciate that one solution doesn't fit all. With a wide array of businesses supported we can tailor solutions to your requirements. We currently provide IT support to home users, general offices, finance companies, construction businesses, the retail industry, legal businesses and the healthcare industry.

Nineteen years' experience supporting customers, matching IT and telecommunications solutions to business needs and budgets. Prince 2, Project Management certified, ITIL certified, Apple certified, VMware Sales Professional, IPAF – Cherry picker / MEWP License holder for cable installations.
In his spare time...don't be silly, Phil never has free time, he lives and breathes Keen IT!
Senior Engineer with nine years' experience in IT systems support with a strong background in the video games industry. Adam enjoys solving our most complex IT problems.
In his spare time...he can be seen perfecting his magic skills for his three wonderful kids.
Operations Manager with seven years' experience at Keen IT progressing from an apprentice engineer. Jon is often the first person our customers speak with and he keeps us all in check!
In his spare time...Jon likes to counter world of modern technology by immersing himself in classic British and Hollywood films.
IT and VoIP Engineer with six years' experience. He is CCNA certified and has a National Award in IT.
In his spare time...he can be seen stealthily hiding in woodland with an Airsoft rifle and army fatigues.
Mike has worked with Keen IT since 2012 as an IT Engineer. He is all-rounder, assisting with remote telephone support, occasional on-site visits and helping home users in the Workshop.
In his spare time...Mike carries his passion for computers and technology into his personal life, spending far too much money on new parts for his custom computer, along with playing video games.
Stuart is the face of Keen IT when a customer walks through the door at the Keen IT workshop, he is a well known and loved by our home user clients. He is also a CISCO trained advanced engineer.
In his spare time...he pursues his technical interests through Twitch Livestreaming videogames. He has successfully helped to raise £4,585 for Children With Cancer UK charity through a 48 hour weekend of live streamed gaming.
Engineer, recently qualified from a QCF IT Apprenticeship, plus GCSE iMedia, OCR Nationals IT, AQA – ICT Level 2 and GCSE Electronics.
In his spare time...he is a basketball player and a car enthusiast.
Christina deals with the day to day business of admin and finance for Keen IT.
In her spare time...she loves walking the dogs and spending time with friends.

We had a new office built in the new premises and Phil and his team worked with our builders installing all the cabling when it needed to be done. We were worried about losing our Guildford phone number which we’ve had for many years but Keen IT were able to supply us with a new VoiP phone system which meant we could keep our number, which was brilliant (and it’s cheaper than our old system)! Everything went smoothly and we only had half a day of downtime on the Friday afternoon.
