We’d like to update our customers on how we plan on continuing business in light of the latest government announcements.
- Our workshop is now closed to general public until further notice
- Non-contact hardware pickup and drop off options are available
- Still offering on-site visits to businesses if it’s critical
- Remote support is still available for both homes and businesses
The safety of our customers and employees remains the top priority during the Coronavirus outbreak. We are taking extra measures to ensure we minimise contact where possible and increasing our hygiene policies.
Unfortunately we have taken the decision to close the workshop to the general public until further notice.
Instead, we are offering non-contact pickup and delivery of any hardware that needs to be repaired. This will be done on a case by case basis. If you have any hardware that needs to be looked at, please call us on 01276 818461 to discuss the options.
The workshop will remain open behind closed doors meaning that this will not affect our business customers. We’d like to reiterate that a non-contact pickup and delivery option is also available to our business customers if this is preferable. Please call the office or an engineer to discuss this option. We are still offering on-site visits to businesses if it’s absolutely critical.
Please note that despite the workshop being behind closed doors, we are still offering remote support to both businesses and homes. We understand that IT is fundamental and we are working hard to service our customers as best we can. We’d like to thank everyone for their understanding and support during this difficult time.
