What do I need to bring in with my computer?

If you are having issues with your laptop then please bring the power cable in with the machine.  If you are having problems with your desktop PC you’ll just need to bring in the PC tower.  In both cases, any software that came with the machine when new may help us.  Also please make sure you leave us with any passwords required to access your computer.

 

How much will it cost for you to find out what’s wrong with my computer?

We operate a No Fix No Fee policy for all computers brought in to our workshop.  We will diagnose the problems, contact you and if you choose not to proceed then you can collect the machine at absolutely no charge.

 

Do I need to make an appointment to bring my computer in to the workshop?

Not at all.  Our workshop is open Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm and Saturday 10am - 4pm.  Just come down to our workshop with your computer (please bring the power lead for laptops only) and we will book your machine in for diagnostics.

 

I can’t bring my computer to your workshop, can you come to my home to investigate the issue?

Yes we can.  We also offer a collection and return service.  Please give us a call on 01276 818461 for more information.
